Algerian Ambassador to Luanda, Mr. Abdelhakim Mihoubi, paid a courtesy visit today to Mr. Jorge Catarino Cardoso, the new Director for Africa, the Middle East and regional organizations of the Angolan Ministry of Foreign Relations. The Ambassador congratulated the latter on his appointment and wished him well in the performance of his duties.
