Angola and Algeria analyse the strengthening of cooperation:

   On 14 June 2023, the Angolan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Téte António, met with the Algerian Ambassador to Angola, Mr. Abdelhakim Mihoubi, on issues related to strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.

   According to a note from Angolan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the importance of political dialogue and mutual cooperation was stressed as fundamental elements to promote the common interests and stimulate the socio-economic development of both countries.

   Mr. Téte António reaffirmed Angola’s commitment to fostering strong and comprehensive cooperation with Algeria in several areas.

    Ambassador Abdelhakim Mihoubi expressed his country’s determination to further strengthen the historical and fraternal ties between the two countries and peoples.

   Angola and Algeria have maintained strong and friendly diplomatic relations over the years, which have been strengthened through constant dialogue, strategic cooperation and partnerships in various areas of mutual interest.

    The two countries work together to promote regional stability, address common challenges and achieve common goals.
