New Algeria is moving steadily towards a bright future, at the pace of unprecedented achievements that herald a promising tomorrow. These efforts require completion through the synergy and solidarity of all Algerians, according to El Djeïch magazine in its July issue.

Under the title "On the Path of Loyalty," the editorial emphasizes that Algeria is celebrating this month the 63rd anniversary of the restoration of independence and the recovery of national sovereignty, "in tribute to one of the fundamental milestones of our long-standing history."

El Djeïch highlights that the celebration of the 63rd anniversary of the recovery of sovereignty is "an opportunity to recall the exploits of the heroes of Algeria who made the ultimate sacrifices for the glory of the Nation (...) and to renew our oath of loyalty to them."

Through this, "we fulfill their aspirations and the hopes of the Algerian people today — those of a victorious New Algeria, which is confidently advancing towards a bright future, an Algeria that in recent years has witnessed achievements and progress on an unprecedented scale, across various sectors and at all levels," the editorial notes.

It is also, the magazine continues, "a confident and determined Algeria that has regained its prestige and rightful place in the community of nations, thanks to its loyal citizens, strong institutions, proud people, and ambitious youth, who are receiving the highest attention from the country’s top authorities."

The objective is to "continue on the path of victories," as recalled by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in his message on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of independence and the recovery of national sovereignty, stating:
"As we recall these bright memories engraved in the glorious record of our homeland, we remember the steps taken on the path to strengthening our national immunity, consolidating unity, advancing resolutely towards building the State by reinforcing its institutions, and addressing the present of our valiant people and the future of their daughters and sons."

The magazine recalls, in the same vein, that the President of the Republic affirmed that "our country has made successive strides along this path — that of a victorious Algeria, faithful to its principles and consolidating its foundations by working to instill genuine citizenship. Thanks to the sacrifices of its daughters and sons, it has triumphed."

In this dynamic, El Djeïch underscores that "the People's National Army, recently strengthened at a time when we celebrate this dear anniversary, with new promotions of competent, militarily and scientifically qualified officers imbued with noble national principles and ideals, continues with determination and firmness to align itself with the national revival project, proving that it is the invincible bastion of the Nation — the guardian of the Nation’s pride, the defender of its borders and sovereignty, and the guarantor of its security and stability, out of loyalty to our valiant Martyrs."

"Just as the National Liberation Army proved during our glorious Revolution that it was the vanguard of the people, inflicting a resounding defeat on barbaric colonialism and undermining its foundations, the People's National Army (ANP) proves today that it is the protective shield of the Nation and its sharp sword, ready to strike down any attempt to undermine the security and stability of our homeland," the magazine adds.

The ANP, it notes, "is fully aware of the magnitude and weight of its responsibilities, under a wise and enlightened leadership, aware of the growing security challenges both regionally and internationally, and the ongoing geopolitical shifts in our environment and their impact on the country’s security and stability."

For his part, Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence and Chief of Staff of the ANP, stated in his message for the same occasion:
"Here we are today, continuing the path of our valiant ancestors in a regional and international context marked by complex challenges and threats."

"This context compels us to show the highest level of vigilance and caution, in order to thwart any attempt to undermine the land of the Chouhada, armed with the same will and the supreme values for which they fought, resisted, and fell as martyrs," he affirmed.

He added, in the same context, that "Algeria, which regained its independence and sovereignty thanks to the struggles of its valiant children, now relies on you — the sons of the People's National Army, worthy heirs of the National Liberation Army, inspired by the noble ideals of the glorious Revolution — to continue this noble mission, preserve the legacy of the Martyrs, and realize their aspirations for a free, safe, and stable Algeria."

In conclusion, El Djeïch paid tribute to "all those who continue to safeguard the security and stability of Algeria, and to defend its sovereignty with dedication and sincerity, deployed across every corner of the sacred national territory, along its vast border regions, in the mountains, valleys, and plains, fulfilling their duties with full awareness and a deep national sense of responsibility, so that Algeria may forever remain sovereign, strong, safe, and prosperous."
